Came here for coffee and a croissant. Left with a pie addiction.Tried their mince + mozzarella, ham + kumara (sweet potato) and Thai chicken pies—not on the same day—and will be back to try them all.It’s a good idea to share with someone split two ours half/half to mix up the flavours as they are each quite rich.Dine in came with side salad which is a good palate cleanser. I guess it’s too messy to dish up in a takeaway tray.

Food tastes good (vegetarian baquette) but it's more a New Zealand version of French bread. Missing the crispy crust of a real baquette. Too soft.

Service sucks. Staff are unfriendly and burn your pies. Just pathetic service!Staff member on duty 12th April at 2:30. She is awful, her service is the worst.Her service was so shocking that I stood in the shop and wrote this review. There are a few other staff from my floor who have had bad experiences. Thanks to her I will not be coming back.

had a delightful experience today 6/6/23. Was feeling miserable from a dentist appointment to address a loose tooth. Walked through the pouring rain and stumbled upon bordeaux bakery, where i was served by the kindest young woman. She met my needs by recommending ways in which i could have the sandwich with my loose tooth. She heated it up to soften the bread and gave me a knife and fork to assist me. 10/10 experience and will most definitely be back.

I've visited the shop multiple times over a long period. Staff has always been super friendly, coffee is always good, and they sell yummy big custart-doughnutty things. Haven't tried anything else, but for a custart doughnut with coffee, this is the place.
