Saw Dr Islam recently and he was just the kindest, most sincere and helpful doctor I could ask for. Many thanks!I go there regularly and the reception can be a bit temperamental, but once you make it through to the doctors they're great!

Just arrived home from the most belittling and offensive appointment (of any kind) in my life - based on all the other 1 star reviews it sounds like we are all running into the same female co-owner/receptionist/doctor who now has almost a reputation for running your day.None of the below reflects or relates to Dr Islam, he is the saving grace of this practice and is a genuine saint. We arrived for an appointment for both my kids (3yo & 3mo), 15 mins early and Nana was TOLD by 'her' to leave and come back when it's time for our appointment. 3yo wants to play with the toys in the play area, so take him there to enjoy them (naturally). Meanwhile 3mo is waking so Nana starts walking him back and forth in the pram to settle him.'She' then rudely and abruptly tells her to go back to hear set and that we all need to wait in the same space silently, and can't move around the waiting area. So I grab some of the toys and take them with me over to the other area to wait. She then approaches, telling us we must stay seated and quiet (kids included) and that we are distracting her from her work and not to arrive early next time. Conversation continues, her demeanor and tone harshens, so mines does too to match hers. She then proceeds to call me dirty for genuinely no reason and shortly after she approaches again and says we are not listening to her, followed by claiming I am disrespectful to all woman. We were the only patients there and were making as much noise as you might expect from a family with 2 kids under 3 who are both sick and waiting for the Dr.Absolutely disgusting behaviour on her behalf, made even worse by her personal insults and name calling.

I would give a zero if I could. These crooks tried to charge my over 80 years old Aunty for a flu injection which is actually free for over 65s.The large number of negative reviews on here suggests that they should be reported to the Medical Council for bringing the industry into disrepute.

If there is an option to give a negative rating I will definitely do so. This is the most unless family doctor I ever enrolled with. Dr Taslima Khatun is unprofessional and not helpful at all! Seems she only goes to the clinic when she wants and the reception didnt even know when she will be in. Please keep away from this clinic if you can!

Went to see Dr Islam this afternoon. The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite. She kept rolling her eyes at us. If she cannot do her job properly then she shouldn't be working there. This one star rating reflects her customer service not Dr Islam's care. If I could I would give her zero stars.

Called to fax my script a week ago, paid for it, went to pick it up only to find they hadn’t sent it and wanted to charge me more to re-fax (the script was emailed) doctor dismiss my symptoms and feelings, their only concern seems to be prescribing me with as many things as possible for their profit

Rang Pt Chevalier Medical Centre to make an appointment for my elderly mother. The receptionist said they could not see her until the next day. When she realised my mothers age she squeezed her in for that afternoon with Dr Taslima Khatun who I found to be professional, efficient and empathic.Thank you and highly recommend.

Dr Islam is a great dr, but the centre and communication is just awful. I had a few hiccups, but the final straw was when I booked to have my IUD replaced & mentioned this when booking and during my hour long wait. It was removed without any relevant questions and then I was done without a new one! When I expressed how bad the experience and communication was the female doctor informed me they did me a favour as I’m a patient they don’t offer this service even though it very clearly states on the website they do. I was then told I’d get a email because I complained as I was clear when booking and “this never happens” … still waiting months later. I had to frantically ring around and have one fitted the next day paying an additional $200 for something that is subsidised. Very unprofessional!
