Absolutely shocking!! The service here is Beyond terrible! Takes up to 45min to do a WOFF! The staff are exceptionally rude and disrespectful to the customers. I highly suggest you DO NOT go here. They will do there best to try fail you.I went to have my WOFF re-checked and they told me that they have me a CCTV and should update my comment so I am.They told me that I must update my comment as they have me on camera being their for about 30 min not 45, as you will see my comment above does not say that i was there for 45 min.I went to an auto Electrician to help me disconnect the reversing camera screen and made their job easier to see the seat belts and unclipped my child's car seat so that they can clip it in themselves. This has now made it that it is no longer professional installed! I had the reversing camera installed as in a Ute you cannot see Small children run behind you at the kindie so they have made it more dangerous to reverse the vehicle. Under the transport agency, it states that if you can not see behind your ute and have a reversing camera installed then that is acceptable.I also would like to add that I decided not to mention earlier the racism but as I was told to update my comment I was also had a racist comment made to me as the inspector shouted saying that he knows where I am from" making a racist gesture that I do not belong here or judging my character. I find this extremely disappointing and will be lodging a formal complaint with NZ Transport about this store."

Bad Communication, go any where else pit stop does WOF for $80.I got charged with $200 for WOF and I got told btw engine light is on".It's like the first thing I said when I entered.You got to start listening to the customers.and remove that Free WOF sign."

Awesome customer service with very friendly staff. I will definitely go there again when need arises and will recommend everybody to go there. They are extremely professional and very kind. After having a very bad experience from Flags Tyres Woolston, i was very relieved to have gone to them. They have listened to my stressful experience and provided an excellent service.

Went there for WOF. Failed on my rear brakes and windscreen wipers. I took them to get repaired failed on same thing again. Went to another WOF place no problems. Will never come here again. Service was also bad they said two cars ahead of me and it was two and a half hours before they even looked at my car.

Would give zero stars if possible. Waited in a queue for over two hours just for a WOF, only to be told that they couldn’t serve any more people from my position. I told the woman that I had been waiting in a hot car for a long time and she told me to wait there and she sent everyone behind me away who also were waiting for a long time. Another half an hour went by, when she came back to me and said why are you still here we can’t serve you. She told me to wait. She then said to come back tomorrow where I can join the queue again.This was beyond ridiculous and a waste of an afternoon. I will not be going back here again. Just to save a few extra dollars on a wof is not worth it, many other better options on this side of town.

My first visit here. Came for a wof. Easy as butter melting in a hot pan. I was here around 9.30 am on a Saturday and it was empty.. after a while the crowd started to come in. Receptionist was friendly. One of the mechs I spoke with was not too welcoming. Maybe he was busy. So far a good experience.Note # when u come here on Google direction. It takes you to the front door. But you need to actually come behind. A little further down the signal

Really great efficient WoF service. Dropped my car off around 3pm on a weekday expecting it to take awhile due to time of day and had a phone call within 45 minutes to say it was ready including the few light changes I needed to pass. Would highly recommend

Took car in for a warrant, they told me it would take “about 30 minutes”. I waited 3.5 hours.When I brought the car back for a recheck, was told it would be “a few minutes”. Literally just to check a bulb had been installed, this took 30 minutes.The work is fine, the time management is terrible.Only use this company if you have a lot of spare time.

Fantastic customer service, friendly staff, overall great experience. Be sure to get there early for a WOF, there is often a queue of 5+ cars before they even open their doors. I got my motorbike warranted today and will be back again tomorrow for a WOF on my hybrid car. Thanks team!
