Friend ordered around 6pizzas when they opened and cut into kid size portion. I picked them up when they said they were ready and cut into kid size portions. They were also cooking up for other customers in shop and filling up their hot food trays as well

Absolutely amazing pizzas, tried most pizza places in wairapa/wellington and downtown is by far my favourite. Cook time is fast and ready within 10 minutes, pizzas taste so good and workers are so friendly. Highly reccomend Downtown pizza if you want fast tasty affordable pizza, thank you downtown pizza

Ordered bbq pizza and small chips, pizza cooked in less than 5 minutes, chips obviously been sitting there for a while. First time in my life I have never not finished chips and pizza when I was still hungry. Pizza tasted like dough, meat was just raw to look at and taste, warned my missus straight away to expect me to get food poisoning in next day or 2. No way a pizza can cook that quick, includes prep also. Was bad enough that I had to go further and report to food standards.If you are going to buy food from here, just make sure your health insurance and will is up to date.

Downtown Country Fried Chicken & Pizza Carterton
Just had two pizzas. Very quick (about 10 mins from ordering to them being ready) and they were totally delicious. Superb generous toppings and excellent base, not too thick and the right amount of softness and crunchiness in the right places. A hidden gem and will def come here again. Also GREAT prices.
