Found myself in a predicament and needed a basic walking stick asap. As soon as i entered their tidy store the staff were quickly on hand to ascertain my needs. They could see my desperation and promptly showed me the large array of walking sticks of varying price points and designs. They were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable about their product. This allowed me to decide my purchase with ease. Definitely recommend this store.Parking is a breeze here. However, I can see how turning right from this road could prove difficult at certain times of the day -choose when you visit wisely or go with the flow of traffic and use the roundabout a couple hundred metres down, to turn back around towards town.

Great product. I'm saddened by its closing

I had an Aix massage with Renee, outstanding.warm and relaxing followed by a soak in the Rachel pool.I used this facility because of the holistic treatment available.and they had appointments available.

Rotorua's place to go for disability aids and equipment. Everything from specialty bandages to Mobility scooters.

This place caters for the aged and physically impaired. Wonderful and helpful staff. Good parking and shop is wheelchair friendly.
