I agree that it's a bit overpriced, and there is too much junk. However, there is still some nice stuff amongst the junk, and it is a lot of fun looking around. We've bought a few things from there.

I really like coming here to find new bits and pieces of furniture after moving to Canterbury with nothing. Have picked up some nice solid wood pieces as well as some cool unique one off bits of furniture. Being able to find something that's not just some boring MDF box from another store always feels satisfying.

I bought a shovel for $50, turns out it had had water inside the handle which had caused rust and the mouth has since detached within 1 month , what a waste.Today saw a box of horse gear that was covered in dirt and the pieces were very poor quality and extremely overpriced. Thread stale and worn out halters for $20 that should be $5, max. Old worn out saddle blankets with threadbare edges for $15, should be $5 as well. Rusty bits, some still with grass and feed in them for $25. It’s ridiculous and most horse people would have given that box away for free just to get rid of old junk. Even filthy old weatherbeetas on sale that you could never turn a horse out in or they would get soaked in the rain, those synthetic ones are only good to cover hay bales from dust. Very disappointed but good on whichever equestrian was able to sell an ancient filthy weatherbeeta as only a fool would buy one.

Extremely overwhelmed with stuff and incredibly overpriced. You can find similar items in op shops or on trademe for much cheaper. A chipped terracotta pot was priced at $20!

I have been here several times, the owner isn't very friendly. There is a lot of stuff in there that just needs to be cleared out. The prices are quite high and some of the items are quite low in quality. Looks like a junk shop but asks for Antique shop prices. Good for a rummage.
