I've just had a basic cut no styling 1 inch max off bottom of my hair, wash and straighten and eye brows threaded, the hair cut was well over charged as follows$45 for hair cut (1 inch off no styling, no layering basic hair cut)$25 for wash$65!!! For straighten (just with hair straighteners)When I politely asked for a break down of the cost the lady gave it to me, I told her perhaps she should give people a heads up of the extra prices for hair straightening etc she was so rude and told me that people don't get told they will just find out when they pay that this is how they work. I will never use this service again. On the plus side the lady who did my eye brows and the lady who did my hair were very polite.

So impressed with the service and results.Came in for a wash, blow and iron. My hair is super curly, so it takes a good stylist to get it right when blowing and ironing. Rekha did an AMAZING job and really nailed it.I will definitely be back again.

Bro! Disgusted in their work!Took my 11 year old here just to have her hair thinned ONLY. Very cramped so stood outside and waited. When my daughter came to me, her hair had been tied in a low ponytail so it felt thinned and was happy, only to realise once she took the hairtie out, they had chopped a huge chunk from underneath - the cut wasn't even straight it seems just like a random handful and chop! A shaved undercut would've been nicer than this outcome!She's had her hair thinned elsewhere before and they only use the thinning scissors.The photo doesn't do it any justice cause we had straightened it to add length.

Came in today and left a very happy customer :) Staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. Minnha was excellent during conversations around price and process…she is so upbeat. Dee did my colour, cut, and blow dry…she is a true magician. Thankful to Dee for keeping me informed throughout the experience as this was only my 2nd time at a salon…she is such a warm spirit…thank you sis. Went for eyebrow care and the lady who served me was so thorough with her work. Very efficient and quick. However, the best part of her service was how gentle she was - almost felt like she was about to give me a facial massage lmfao if only I had her name to commend her

My first time getting anything done to my hair so I went to what I thought was a proper salon. I chose highlights and asked if there was enough time to do it as I had jet black hair but the lady insisted that it will come out right. I noticed when she was doing the foils she looked like she was rushing and I sat with the foils for 20 minutes. She then rushed washing my hair and spoke her own language to the other work then asked me to pay the $420 as they had to close the shop soon (there was still half an hour left) and when she began drying my hair it came out orange. But she said to buy the toner to tone it down. So disappointed i had to get it all redone
