Bought a new harness and some gear from them. Extremely difficult to contact them - phone either doesn’t get picked up or they just don’t respond to emails. Turns out they didn’t have some of the items I ordered and they offered me alternatives or a refund. Asked for the alternative options and a few weeks later they send me a refund as they hadn’t heard back from me despite me trying to contact them about it.Overall, the actual product I received was fine but wouldn’t ever use them again purely because they are so difficult to get a hold of and don’t stock the items they say they have.
