Great food, enjoyed every last bit of that wap. Wouldn't have been nearly as good as it was, though, if it weren't for the cute filipino boy who served me. He was so friendly and nice, I think his name was Tyler. 10/10 would go again.

Mad Mex fresh Mexican food, prepared with lots of love and served very quickly. The staff member was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the 10 dollar Burrito offer including a Coke and I really enjoyed it. They offer a variety of products to choose from and I was surprised of the fresh and tasty Burrito. I really recommend this place to visit and enjoy the beautiful Mexican food. And thumbs-up for the beautiful woman who served me. Cheers.

The staff are super friendly, the manager is the most patient worker I’ve come across. Place is always hygienic, clean and well organised - something we all look for considering the whole pandemic situation. Really awesome 10/10 experience. Definitely a returning customer for the future.

Had a great experience at mad mex. Wasn’t much vegan chicken left so the manager, Chanel, added extra vegetables to make up for it at no extra charge. Great customer service would definitely recommend. And the food was great of course.

We went into the restaurant after it was promoted by AA, it said if you buy a main meal you can get chips and drink free as a combo.I ordered the tacos and my husband ordered a burrito.Unfortunately the burrito was toasted in an aluminum foil and that made it so soggy to eat. My tacos were not grilled neatly and they were left cold.There was excessive filling, which most people won't mind but it felt ridiculous and was not going well at all.We won't be returning, even the promo was a good deal. Mexican food 100% doesn't taste the way it did for us.What it looks like doesn't taste like.

Soooo much food. Fresh, delicious and full of flavour. Shaneel - Manager of Porirua store was an absolute legend and patiently helped my Hangry self work through the Uber eats app when I was having trouble. Tummy full and happy now. Thank you for going the extra mile and making my food with LOVE. Will definitely be ordering from here again .

Shanell and the team deliver great, fast service with a smile. And may I point out FAST, this girl was chatting, friendly, and smiling, whilst her hands were working magic. Fastest order I’ve ever received after ordering, and it was tasty!

The lady who served my daughter and I was so friendly and helpful! We went back later so my daughter could get another meal to eat later and the same lady put everything in separate containers so it didn't go soggy. She was super cheerful and absolutely made our day! We will definitely be back!

Love this place. Delicious food and great service. The young lady who manages it is an absolute star. Always friendly, switched on, and is very pleasant when training new staff. Recommend this place to eat or work.
