Burger Bro

Went there this evening for dinner. When we first went in there were no people inside, but there were 2 sitting outside. The lady that was at the counter hardly listened to our order and could not bring herself to smile. The first thing she said was that there ia a half hour wait, kind of felt like she was trying to make us give up. We ordered and went for a 25 minute walk. When we came back, the food arrived and the lady offered us water, even though we paid for colas. The place was hot and tiny flies were on the trays and the food.I think the most disappointing thing was that I paid 5 dollars for onion rings that I buy at the supermarket and the burger bun was so much bigger than the mushroom in it (veggie option). All and all the atmosphere was not the best.After getting your reply I must respect you with an answer: listening means that when someone is speaking to you, you don't turn around to speak with others and make them repeat themselves. You can very well see a smile behind the mask. A real smile goes up to your eyes. The onion rings pay for themselves. It was more about being served a product that you can make at home at an eatery. When one goes out to eat they want something special, I can be disappointed without you being hurt. About the drinks, you may offer water to all, but you didn't seem to remember our order, simply because the cans were not served with the meal.. and when we said we paid for drinks you said ohh okay.I'm not here to argue, just to reflect how I felt.

Me and my partner had a burger each. The photos on the menu and at the entrance does not do the burgers justice. The burgers are big. Really big. And delicious. Looking at the usual burger franchises, their top end burgers is not a match for Burger Bro burgers in size.The money was well worth the spend. Try it

Took my daughter here on Friday (early evening), and were very happy with the burgers. Much larger than expected, had the Big Jack. For $16.99 it is great value - 2 patties, onion rings, bacon etc. I look forward to trying other burgers when passing through Hamilton in the future - I will be back.Our service was quick, as we were early evening - I see others have had to wait awhile when later in the evening.

Dedicated burger store with quite a variety of different ones. We had big jake and roady. Size of burgers is alright, what is lacked was a flavor, it just wasn’t there for both of us, patty was bland and add ons were not making any difference either. If there was a choice of sauces to spice things up or anything late, it would be for the benefit of it (there’s only ketchup available at the table).

We had intended to dine in, and enjoy a beer with our meal.They couldn't deliver on that as the duty manager wasn't there so couldn't serve alcohol. Fair enough for following the rules so we got soft drinks instead. We asked if they would mind us closing the door as the place was freezing ....as in absolutely freezing no heating of any sort, but we're told no because customers wouldn't want to come in, so we decided to change it to a takeaway instead. Upon walking back to the car we noted that every other eaterie along the street had closed doors and plenty of customers. A few minutes later back at the hotel we had the privilege of sampling the fare, extremely average at best, the fish burger was dry and overcooked .... they obviously didn't follow the cooking instructions on the supermarket packet! The rating would beAmbience..........1/10Service............2/10Food...........2/10Would never contemplate returning.To put it in perspective this is the first bad review I have ever donebut felt other people should know what to expect.

The photo looks amazing but I won't be coming back. I struggled to find a single clean piece of cutlery and it took 4 different glasses to find a clean one. The burger was fresh which is a bonus and it's ENORMOUS. Also very very cheap for a place like this. In terms of flavour it was okay. Nothing great. Chips were okay and the chicken on top of the chips was a bit chewy. No milkshakes due to no ice cream and no alcohol as they were awaiting a renewal of their license. We found this out after ordering.

Pretty average. Burger was like fish n chip shop style… The chicken burger was ok when I had it last time but beef burgers are meh. I don’t think I’d come back tbh but if you want a later meal or your drunk then you might like it.

That was so good. My son and I have a hobby of finding the best burger in each city we visit and this is the winner for Hamilton. Highly recommended
