First time in the store today at Lyal bay and suprised at the awesome clothing , even has custom car air freshners and cool stickers, and good customer service! il be back for sure !

Went in to the Lyall Bay store to buy some skate parts for my nephews new board and was served by Olivia. She was awesome and very helpful. Clearly take initiative, care and pride in her job which is a rare thing! Thanks so much Olivia and team. Definitely would recommend and shop here again thanks to her awesome customer service.

Guy behind me was angry and sighing because he was in a hurry? And then I offered to let him go first need up taking longer than me and other server was off helping other customers waited ages for simple transaction staff were talking too people who walked in way after me

I bought $100worth items and the shop assistant didn't ask us if I have a point card. After the transaction, I remembered and asked if they can put points back and she said no.It looked like she just didn't want to be bothered rather than giving customer service. It will be ok if I just spent like $20 but not $100. That made me feel like I probably not go to the store next time.

Zero star for customer service. Accidentaly got broken item, was told to be called in 1 day, they called me in 3 days to tell me: we can not do anything for you. Went to pick up the broken item and the girl on the counter was literally laughing in my face! Saying: all good, all set! Really? Good luck with business! You will need it with giggling teenage staff sitting on the floor and not respecting customers.

My partner accidentally bought the wrong beanie. Brought it back 5 mins later. Couldn't get a cash refund. No flexibility for a human mistake and no malice.

Good place to shopThey ordered in my shoes when.they didn't have my size.Only took.a couple of days postage to my house.Also I bought a skateboard tooI couldn't be happier it's awesome
