I had engaged with Geoffrey and Raewyn for a project while I was working with them. We had agreed scope, price etc, but once it came to delivery, they had changed their minds, leaving me completely out of pocket. Lesson is I should have taken a deposit in advance, but our relationship at the time was strong and trusted. I have persistently tried negotiating with them since but have always hit a wall. It is a very disappointing outcome from what could have been very mutually beneficial.
