One of the best service I have had for my car. Got a bolt pierce one of my tyre's which was quickly taken out by Kevan during my lunch break. A quick wash and some candy in my car came as extras. Really appreciate the great service. Would highly recommend the place.

Kevan and his team are our heroes! When we were caught in a storm with our campervan and our skylight flew off, we were desperate to find a workshop that could help us. From the moment I called and enquired about having my car looked at when it suddenly wouldn’t start - I was greeted with the friendliest most helpful staff that walked me through all processes of what I needed to do , I was called every night with updates and assured everything was going to be ok. The team was Fast , efficient , friendly , and professional. Made me feel confident and comfortable about something I know very little about. Excellent service : from the phone call to the actual repair and details provided.I was very pleased that I could had an appointment and an actual intervention on my issue that fast.It was a great relief to be able to continue my roadtrip in NZ after my brakes issue and concern were solved.I am still positevely shocked by how easy and simple it was to deal with them. The poor team first met me crying that my car had had just stopped working. I had been stuffed around and let down by 2 mechanics before hand. One even charging me for the repair" of the problem. When it wasn't that at all. Kevin and the team were kind and understanding. He stopped what he was doing to put my car on the hoist. They spent some time problem solving and then came and shown me exactly what was happening and what was wrong. Iv had bad experiences but I trusted them completely. I left my car there that day and within 24hours I had a comprehensive quote and explanation of the quote and parts needed. I was given options on how to proceed and I trusted them completely. I have got my car back fixed and running like a dream. Even a quick wash and some candy on the seat to say thankyou. There are truly no words how much I appreciate them. Living in New plymouth I will definitely be bringing my car to stratford for its work."

My favourite place to take my car for anything. Friendly team, great knowledge, good prices, local family owned business. They leave lollies on my seat after a service and have often gone beyond requirements for fantastic service. Don't take your car anywhere else :)

If you're in need of a trustworthy mechanic that will not over charge and will also problem solve best solution for your vehicle in the most efficient time while also taking the time to kindly explain things look no further. Kevin the owner is the third mechanic I've been to with this issue I've had with my van and he not only found the true cause, but fixed it in less than 48hrs after sitting at last mechanics 2 weeks without being fixed.
