Loved my visit. The website already helped me select the right wiper replacement for my car. Visited 30min before closing time - no problem, the staff were friendly and when I asked if the person serving me would mind coming out to pop it on the car, they said sure, and it was done in no time. Very pleased and happy with my experience and will be back again. Thank you!

Well I returned a camping fridge.I had spoken to a person the day before and explained that it was a manufacturers fault. The warranty states as much.when I aproached the person at the counter. He looked at the fault and stated that it was indeed a manufacturers fault I would have to leave the Item until they contacted the supplier to see what they wete going to do swap or repair.If it has to be repaired I will return the fridge for a refund.As well as that they took my recipt the only proof that I have. I have had dealings with Repco before never had any problems.I thought they would just replace it like I was told by Repco Mosgiel on the phone the day before. I live in Kaitangata 40 minutes out of mosgiel are they going to courier it to me at their cost I have wasted time and fuel because I was told that they would swap it for one the had in store. Seems like the left hand dosnt know what the right is doing.Jason Sanders.

Nice store with helpful staff. Good stock levels and reasonable carpark. Staff will fit done parts for you like wipers by the look of it, unsure if they is a charge for this. Probably nicer than the Dunedin store.

Asked for a replacement indicator bulb and the shop assistant didnt bother to actually look and see if it was the right bulb and sold me the wrong one, went back to get the correct bulb and the guy who served me didnt seem overly interested in the fact he had sold the wrong one

Great staff & a tidy store. Unfortunately not the biggest range of stock compared to other repco stores. However, I still got what I was looking for and more. Prices were decent.

I had ordered online was a great friendly easy transaction. I was lucky I got a young guy that was super friendly. As when I first walked in there were 3 other staff members not even willing to acknowledge the fact I was standing at the counter. So thankyou young man for doing your job with a nice wee conversation and sincere smile.

If your going here for a specific car part make sure you know what it is as they advised me to go ask a mechanic what type of hose I needed then they could order it for me

Got some wind screen wipers and they even fitted them for me very good service and friendly
