Big visitor center with toilets and lots of information panels about local marine life, marine reserves and the history of the area. There's plenty of parking and access to the four wheel drive track to Red Rocks.

An amazing place to visit, trek, relax, and freedom camp (we didn't, but so would love it, if we could). The information center is lovely. There are public toilets and lovely sitting areas. Sorry, my phone went flat whilst on the walk, so I couldn't take photos of the lovely garden bench seats. It's a bit of a drive to get here, but well worth it.Bring a picnic, plenty of water, have a swim and enjoy the coastal walk, it's about 8kms round trip, 95% flat, with a couple wee elevated areas (nothing really). Gravel all the way. There was a coffee caravan there too.

Great escape from the city center, love the road to the centre alongside the sea. To be honest loved the drive more than the destination itself, but still enjoyed spending time at this place. Strong winds so be prepared especially during the cold winters.

Very recommend for people who enjoy walking long distances, or simply just to enjoy the view. Best visited when the weather is warm. I walked for around 4-5km from the Visitor Center and saw many seals there. Just a tip, the seals aren't tamed so it's best not to get too close. There is a board just a few metres from the seals that says that the best distance to view the seals in 20m away, and also that we shouldn't be anywhere between the seals and the sea. Best time to visit the seals is during winter, because the seals tends to move to a colder place during the summer

The pace is super windy and needs people to get proper layers. Walkable for adults but wouldn't suggest if you have a baby below 2yrs. It's quite a walk before reaching to the read rocks where you will see plenty dolphins. Worth view for pictures and nice for toddlers to get a look at happy dolphins. Best to hitch a ride in a 4 wheel drive but paid services are too expensive.

Good spot to stay the night if going with the ferry. Basically no phone coverage so you have to walk back a couple of hundred meters to find a signal. Could be bad if you get a message about delays etc. Nice walk along the beach and clean toilets. 20 minutes from the ferry terminal.
