Communication on point - Moana is exceptional. I have dealt with her and the team on several occasions and never had an issue. On this occasion they responded promptly and attended fast, the repair was completed promptly and to a high standard. The tradesmen were professional throughout and the whole service flawless. Gary and Ian are the most professional Plumber and Electrician I have ever encountered. I'm an Electrical/Mechanical engineer - and I've worked with a few! The Baxi Boiler/System has had it's commissioning issues - now all solved (I hope!) I'll happily work with laser Plumbing - going forward!

Laser replaced our near new vitreous vanity top which was broken in a recent severe earthquake in Taupo.Their plumber for the job was professional, helpful and always had a smile on his face.The job came in right on budget, so we are happy Chappies!
