The lady who pierced my hearts was so lovely and did my ear piercings quickly and painlessly. I was able to get in and out within 10 minutes and the worker made sure I wasnt nervous at all.

Paula was phenomenal. I have suffered from migraines most of my adult life and had never been able to find a solution until I went to get a ear piercing at The Edge. Paula’s experience and expertise led her to suggest a daith piercing as it is known to help with migraines. Since I’ve had it done I’ve barley had any and I love the look! I can’t recommend The Edge, Paula and her team more.

Early April 2019 got an eyebrow piercing, 2 weeks later I had to go back in to get it removed. Was pierced far too shallow, wrong bar was used and in the wrong position (top ball was in the middle of my eyebrow). The lady practically slammed on an alcoholic wipe, painfully removed the bar and basically slammed on another alcoholic wipe causing a bleed which I was quite angry about but stayed calm. Quickly healed over within 2 weeks and I wasted $40. 2nd May 2019 I decided to go to Palmerston North to get my eyebrow repierced at C2C Piercing. It was finally pierced properly with the correct jewellery and the staff were very kind and helpful. I highly don't recommend The Edge for any piercing. In my opinion the woman doesn't know what she's doing and is rough when asked to remove the jewellery. I'll never step foot in there again

Pierced my belly button incorrectly - she basically pierced my stomach. When I asked for her to pierce it lower she didn’t listen. She claims it was right and that it’s how she pierces everyone’s belly buttons. I’ve had many people say they’ve also made complaints or been left unhappy. Does not refund either. She might be fine at ear piercings though, in my opinion she should just stick to that or just not pierce at all.

Pretty rude piercing lady, wasn't comforting or understanding at all. my piercing turned out fine but my friend got her seconds and they were crocked and also a septum piercing was crocked. other staff was very nice and friendly though.

Went in and got my bellybutton pierced on july 20th and ended up having to take it out after about 2 weeks the lady made the piercing to long (18mm as measured by another piercer when looking for a new bar )and had put in a shorter bar 10mm the top ball started to sink into the top of my bellybutton

Went there spontaneously to get my ear pierced and the lady was really nice and said she could do it the same day, just an hour later. She was lovely and did a really good job, I would definitely go there again and it was totally worth the 40$.

Been here a couple of times for different things. Just had my first spray tan, couldn't be happier with the service provided! Felt totally at ease, cared for and well informed. Thanks again for such an excellent and refreshing experience!!
