Guy was really helpful. Gave us a route. We had a large group of adults and kids both normal and e bikes. He was accommodating to all. Even offered a refund on one of the bikes as had something else come up for one of our riders.

Affordable hire, with friendly and helpful staff. Bikes were very comfortable and they had a great range of sizes too. Two hours was plenty - especially on a hot day!

We called in the morning to check availability for an e-bike; we were informed that there were lots and so there were! Fabulous bike, well maintained, really fun and easy to use. Good instructions given, staff were great (including recommending where to go for a beer; thank you, we loved Shining Peak), a clear map and great value for money. A lovely way to explore New Plymouth and especially the walkway.

We hired e-bikes for the day and had a great time. The bikes were perfect - very comfortable, fully charged and we had no problems at all.And super friendly service too.Can’t wait to do it again!

Hired ebikes for 2 hours, enough if you haven't been on a bike for a while. Great cycle tracks and customer service is awesome. Would highly recommend Cycle Inn

Wonderful friendly set up. Good information about riding tracks. Great bikes. E bikes are the way to see New Plymouth waterfront.
