We have been delighted with our furniture, the pieces look beautiful, are very functional and all the details bring the pieces to life.

Lloyd recently built a bed around a headboard we had purchased years ago. His workmanship and service were outstanding and he had genuine interest in crafting a beautiful piece of furniture. Can't recommend Lloyd enough.

He went above & beyond the traditional requirements.Value was great; commercially better then a Tier 1 Furniture Supplier, with the ability to have your own furniture grown & handcrafted in Australia. This is extremely rare in today's day & age.Turnaround (supply) wasn't as fast as a Tier 1 Furniture Supplier, however, can you put a time-frame on art? I would say no. Hence for the aforementioned reasons above I'll be utilising Lloyd Brooke Furniture Services again

We reached out to Lloyd with a fairly rudimentary sketch of what we thought we wanted and he worked with us to refine the design, and make it really sing.His care and thought at each step was more than helpful, and he provided options for us on timbers, joinery and little touches to bring it all together.We are extremely happy with the finished piece and would recommend Lloyd for bespoke furniture to anyone who asked.

He explained the process well, from how he would make the bed, what timber choices were available to us, to the finished surface and how he would do that, and kept us up to date with its construction, along the way and then took care of the delivery for us. Our sideboard is a work of art created by a master craftsman. If you want superb craftsmanship, amazing attention to detail, helpful, down to earth communication and a willingness to weave in bespoke design - Lloyd is your woodworking artisan.We initially discovered him online, as we were in the market for a hand made king size bed that we could place in our new home, and cherish for eternity. After organising this with Lloyd, we played the waiting game for a few weeks (yes, as has been mentioned previously, quality workmanship takes time!) and took delivery of an absolutely stunning piece of furniture. It went together perfectly, and the American walnut timber was a joy to behold.We were so stoked, that we returned to him for another piece for our lounge room audio visual area - only this time it wasn’t an off the shelf design... The unit was based on one of his designs, but required lots of working together to achieve the desired fit and appearance. It was a pleasure to work with such a nice guy, and we ended up with another American walnut masterpiece that we enjoy every day. Lloyd was great to work with and produced a Rimu Sofa Table design specifically for our needs. Fantastic workmanship and we are absolutely thrilled with everything.

I cannot speak highly enough of Lloyd's work. He's a real craftsman with an eye for detail. I highly recommend him.Lloyd made a desk, table and cabinet (/bookshelf) for me out of NZ grown walnut timber. It all turned out very well and is of the highest quality. Lloyd captured exactly what I wanted and actioned it perfectly.Lloyd was also responsive throughout, kept to his time estimates, and sent regular updates (including photos).
