We had a pump issue with our Spa, the team at Poolwerx got it repaired, kept in contact regular.When the team installed pump they went beyond my expectations, filling the pool, added correct chemicals, pool left in pristine condition. Fantastic service - I wish I had found them sooner. I could never get our pool quite right and felt like I was constantly throwing time and money at it trying to upkeep it. Mark had our pool sorted in a matter of days and we are looking forward to using their subscription service to help maintain it.

Our old pool pump died a slow death. Mark was able to come around straight away to have a look at our situation / setup. We researched converting the pool from chlorine to mineral and Mark was able to advise us on the process including warning us of the increased installation and running costs (vs chlorine). We went ahead with the conversion. Mark ordered us new pump gear and had it installed 2 weeks later (2 days after our old pump refused to start again). The pool is AMAZING! If anyone is looking to convert, do it. The water feels soft and clean. Our whole family is noticing the difference to skin and hair. There's no sticky, crusty feeling. No sore eyes, no knotty hair. The pool is clean and clear.Marks after sales services has been fantastic also.

3 years ago we bought a home with a pool. Shortly after we engaged Mark and his team at Poolwerx CHC to familiarise ourselves with all things Pools and take the guess work out of the system we'd bought.From the outset Mark was great to deal with, professional and prompt. Mark was referred to us from friends and we contacted him just a few days before Xmas. He managed to come and look at our pool out in the country as we had been battling green" pool problems for several weeks. He advised what to do and gave some extra tips also and within 5 days the pool was crystal clear and the best it has look in years. Great service
