Tony and his team always fit me in when I need help. Their expertise and great customer service always makes going to BCA a truly positive experience. I don’t know as much about cars as I wish I did, but Tony explains things clearly and goes the extra mile in terms of putting up with my silly questions and interpreting my explanations of what is wrong with my cars. All work done is of an impeccable standard and he always tries to keep his costs as low as he can. A brilliant business - I have been coming here for years and plan to continue to do so. The service was really good and I had planned to walk home but because it was raining heavily they offered a ride which was nice. Only thing is the pricing and charging wasn’t entirely clear, it moved around a lot but all and all satisfied
