Staff are nice but the quality of the haircut is awful. My hair looks like a mess, can't style it and just generally looks worse than what I went in with. Also seems like there's some under the table business going on with cash being given. Very shady.

My go-to hair cut. The only place I'll go for a real cut for a great price. The hair dresser was the mother I never had and was so sweet during the entire time. Loved it!

Worst technique I’ve ever seen. Asked her to do some layering and when she did the sides/front parts, it was so painful and my hair frizzed up while she was cutting it!? I’ve never ever experienced that before. It was very painful. I told her and she said sorry and was careful to be more gentle but still no customer should feel pain at the hairdressers. Then she straightened my hair without spraying some heat protectant first. I’ve never had a hairdresser straighten my hair without heat protectant so I don’t know if she just forgot or was lazy or that it wasn’t included in the price... she was so rough with the hair straightening and it got so close to my scalp. Then while she was straightening my hair she moved the straightener up and down while it was clamped down on my hair. I’m pretty sure to protect the hair you would straighten it in one direction only, not go back and forth. Not sure if she thought she was ironing her laundry but that’s something I’ve not seen other hairdressers do either. If you want a traumatic alternative hair cutting experience on a Saturday morning, she’s your girl.

I visited for a hair cut. Another client arrived after me and I was told that sorry he goes first as he booked online. He got his hair cut, got a hug and left. I checked online and there is no website to book. She lied to me so her friend could go first. I confronted her and she lied to me saying she never said that to me. Dissatisfied.

Simply amazing. Professional, very skillful and super friendly. The lady always gives you exactly what you want. She is also passionate and creative about her work. Highly recommend to everyone, won't be disappointed for sure :)
