Ordered a lovely looking watch back in May and thought that, with their tracked CourierPost delivery (advertised 2-4 Business Days), I wouldn't have to wait around too long. Over a month later and I STILL haven't received my watch, despite following up numerous times through email and instant messenger.Additionally, email replies were delayed by several days as my messages were apparently being sent to their spam, despite being replies to their own emails.I understand relocating facilities can create delays but a month long wait with bare minimum communication is too long. Their customer support continues to ignore my questions about providing a tracking number for my order as well, despite advertising the use of tracked CourierPost.UPDATE: Watch has finally arrived 5 weeks to the day after initially placing order. The watch itself is great, no complaints there. 35 days delivery on an advertised 1-10 business days is pretty terrible though.

Brought a few watches from TheWatchesMen over the past 2 years. Hassle free, they recently went through a relocation which slowed down the delivery for one of the watches but I fully understood Nelson and the teams situation. Its hard to keep the flow of things going when you're in the middle of a relocation. My skagens and Daniel wellington are still going strong.I look forward to buying a Nox Bridge soon. Kai replied to my e-mail pertaining to my purchase swiftly. Item received (Daniel Wellington Classic Cuff) very quick in a safely wrapped parcel. Item is in wonderful shape. Would recommend (they also have discount codes - be sure to check on them)

I have worn my michael kors watch I purchased online from these guys, about 5 times. I take very good care of it. However, the cap to one of the screws had fallen off at some point in the day and a screw was sticking out. I contacted watch central twice through email, both 7 days apart and have not received a response ONCE. Honestly very disappointed with this company, as I was happy with the watch initially but now I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. Their lack of response makes me think they're just trying to ignore the problem and avoid sending me a replacement or a refund. Don't buy from them.
