I didn't know when the depot was closing, and I arrived at 12pm, the closing time. Two asian female staff helped me even by rebooting the computer. I am very grateful to them. It was the best service I have experienced in the last 10 years while living in New Zealand.

After a failed attempt to pick up my parcel due to their system down, the staff asked for my number and promptly called as soon as they located the parcel manually. Very helpful.

Friendly woman at the counter, but really poor signage & google maps direction! Very frustrating to see #100 on the street signage but no indication of where 110 was. NZ Post 0800 call centre was very unclear exactly where it was, I was looking for a parcel depot. Unclear directions had me driving up & down the road for an extra 5-10mins! :(

Needed to pick up a parcel. Was told initially it was not with them. If I had not pushed her to have a look again I would have not picked up my parcel. She sounded like I was questioning her how to do her job. Nuff said.

Worst customer service ever their national contact center. Emailed them regards to a youshop package and told me to reply so i did. After the 4th emails asking them please reply i finailly get a reply over the period of almost a week and half. I just returned my item back to the amazon. And no more emails to do with them anymore.

Arrived during the very limited weekend hours to find them closed early. Why not have some proper opening hours that would suit the type of person who won't be home for a mid-day delivery?
