Caltex - Super Service Station

I was not really happy with the car wash on Saturday. Had used it before without any issues, can say was always great and had very good customer service but on Saturday when blower was drying the car, water continuously dripped from the brushes located on top (car who went through a wash before me had no problems). Complained to attendant who just gave back $2 without much apology/ explanation and suggested will turn off/on the tap, it should get alright. It seems, staff was familiar with the issue. When asked if i can just take it for dry again and was totally refused saying i have no authority to allow such/ can't do that , you can speak to boss when he is back in office. A good customer service would have been taking contact and passing to the owner. Hope, it was not too much of a ask as all I asked was what i paid for, another wash may sound too much but i was ready to through with a clean car straight. I did not wanted to get into debate so left, hope this gets fixed so other customers don't go through the same.

Nice servo friendly staff some of there in store prices were a bit more expensive than other servos

Great service and the latest scratch free, water recycling carwash- self wash bay set up.Difficult location to turn into or out of onto SH3.One has to be on the ball.

Had a forecourt attendant offering service that means a lot to me

Old, outdated, dark, dirty.Went through the car wash, a waste of $20! Didn't clean car thoroughly, and the drying cycle is a joke, it just dripped water all over the car. Go elsewhere.

Went to fill my 5kg gas bottle but was told it leaked where thread went into the bottle ,further testing at home found she was wrong andmakes me wonder if the 45kg bottle waiting to be filled would bring in more money .Very Dissapointing definately wont be back
