Rachel’s knowledge of the building sector is exceptional. She keeps up with the fast-moving changes in the industry and takes this knowledge to provide creative solutions to challenging problems. Sustainability is central to these solutions, and I like the way that she mixes old with the new. Rachel is also able to show me her design ideas in a 3D image which is very helpful. I also like the way that she thinks outside the square, and nothing is too much trouble.
