F45 Training Hamilton Central

F45 Hamilton Central is just amazing. Their workouts are always super challenging and exciting. Everyday is different and not boring at all. The main pillars of this studio are the trainers. All the trainers are amazing. They are very professional, friendly, always enthusiastic supportive and motivating people to do their best. They also understand each individual's needs and their fitness goals and assist them in achieving it appropriately. I have been to many gyms but the best thing about F45 is the trainers demonstrate and explain the workouts at the begining of the session and also they move around the class during the workouts to provide extra help and to modify exercises if needed. Also the after workout stretches are very helpful. The studio always looks super clean and the equipments are well sanitised before use. Friendly environment and are welcoming. Love the team effort and their energy!!! If you are looking for a change in your fitness level, then F45 is the one for you. Just loving and feeling great to be a member at F45 family.

The best F45 team around! Friendly banter, fantastic staff and team. Trainers push you to your limits in order to help you reach your goals. It's more than a gym, it's a community. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Hands down the best F45 studio!! Ever since starting I have felt welcomed and supported by everyone. The trainers there are amazing and you can always count on them to push you to your limits and help you reach your fitness goals in and outside of the studio. I would 110% recommend Hamilton Central F45.

F45 provides plenty of variety, the workouts are always changing - and challenging! A great feeling of community at F45 Central, and the trainers are enthusiastic and supportive. Makes it easy get out of bed early!

Best Workout Ever! I could not go back to a normal gym, the family feel is awesome. I love how amazing I feel after a workout and it's so addictive!! I had to stop a couple of years ago and it was the worst time of my life not having F45 to come to each day! I am so so happy I get to come again!!
