Please do not use this business. The technician who I believe is the owner is one of most unprofessional and rudest people I have ever dealt with. He arrived 2 hours late awhich wasn't really suitable as right on tea time but he appeared to know what needed doing. After assessing the problem I asked how much to which he said 300-350 which seemed fair. He left and said he needs parts and would ring when's he had them. The next day he rang at 2.20pm and said he was coming over to fit the parts and I said it wasn't a good time as I had an apptointment so could we arrange another tim. He said no and it would take only ten minutes to fit so I agreed but reminded him that I needed to be out the door by 2.40. He was trying to rush things and when I said I had to go he became irritated and said that I had to pay him to which I said no . I wanted the job finished and anviice outlining what I was being charged for. I noted that the parts he was using were second hand which concerned me as well. He became angry and removed the parts he was fitting and he said Ithat I needed to pay before he finished the job. He refused to come at a more convenient time.

I rang to see if someone could come out to look at my freezer. It kept tripping the fuse board. It was full of food and had already been without power for 24 hours. I said it was urgent. Was told the next day (Tues) or the following at the earliest. Great - urgent but no help.

I called up about my fridge needing repair and specifically asked someone to look at it and give a quote as to how much it would cost to have it repaired. The repairman arrived while i was at work and my wife let him in to see the fridge. 25mins later he reappairs saying hes fixed it all and charged us $450. Not once did he discus the fault with my wife or myself nor did he give us the chance to reject his quote to complete the work. After a long heayed phone call he offered to return $80. However, this was still far above what we wanted to pay to have this fixed. We would have prefered to buy a new fridge. I would not recommended.

came and had a look with no measurements or diagnostics, quoted for at least $550+gst to repair a 10yr old dishwasher at which we could just buy a new one. no toolkit on hand but require to take it back to their shop first. we refused to proceed and the cowboy charged $92 for doing nothing.----respect is in both ways, how your staff showed up was no where near professional or trustful. good luck with your business.

Person turned up and had a sore back, I understand this can be painful and was sympathetic. But the repair turned into a discussion on his back and how he needs to be on ACC but can't because he has work to do, he can't take pain relief during the day. He spent more time discussing his back than he did on the repair, then charged be a big cost for time spent on a simple change of element.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNRELIABLE AND RUDE. Was told I was booked in for 3-4pm and took time out of my work day to come home to have the house open for the technician to come and inspect the machine. By 3.50 no one had turned up, and I hadn’t received a courtesy call to alert me to any issues. I needed to leave the house at 4pm so I called the company to ask what was going on. I said I wasn’t prepared to pay a service fee for someone to only be there for 5-10 minutes and could I rebook. I was rudely told that I should have understood that the technician would arrive in that hour and need an extra 40 minutes. This was not communicated at all in my initial booking and so close to 4pm I wasn’t able to or prepared to wait around. The worst part was the lady on the phone who was rude, unapologetic and actually said “you need to understand that all companies like ours work like this” and “this is just what happens”. At no point did she say “I’m sorry there’s been a delay or I’m sorry this wasn’t made clear” or any kind of understanding.If you care about your customers you take the time to listen or you provide a quick courtesy call, communication is everything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR SERVICE TO ANYONE. I should have read the reviews first which show that these people have no clue about customer service and even their responses to bad reviews show gaslighting behaviour like I experienced on the phone!

Thanks very much to Hamid for the quick repair of our dryer and then your prompt attention after our dryer stopped working again a couple of days after it was returned from the workshop. Hamid fixed the problem right away and returned it within 48 hours without charging us any more money. Trustworthy and Honest.

Really disappointed in the behaviour and the unprofessional that was displayed when the technician arrived to repair my oven. Quote was never given and he replaced the the parts without advertising me of the rough final cost. The technician was onsite for 2 hour replaced two elements and a switch in my oven and presented me with a bill of over $900 without presenting me a cost of the parts prior to the installation. The technician was must be the owner of the business because he knocked $150 off the bill if I paid cash. This guy is a conman, do not use this company if you could call it that.
