this place is amazing! The ladies night was excellent, everything they taught us was incredible, they treated us super well and they even gave us gifts. Without hesitation I left my car for a service and again they did not disappoint me. highly recommended

Excellent service from these guys. Very knowledgeable and super helpful with everything I needed. I learnt so much from the introduction course provided on the essential areas of a vehicle. I now feel confident to navigate through the engine, wheel changes, snow chains and safety. Big thumbs up to Jerry too he was the best teacher for us .

US traveler that passed through Queenstown back in October/November, year 2022.(New Zealand is amazing). Experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had at an auto shop! I rented a Toyota Prius during my time in the country and was concerned about the oil/past maintenance on the vehicle from previous renters. There was one store clerk running the entire business that day, and she handled every customer, including myself with such respect and urgency! If the owner sees this, hope this employee gets recognized!

Had and urgent tyre replacement needed.The whole team was super helpful and friendly.Got me sorted with a new pair (I lucked out that the had something in my size and budget) meaning I could get back to Dunedin that day (and be on time for work tomorrow!!).This sort of team and experience is why I love supporting local wherever I travel.
