Switching to a different care provider after having no end of problems. Carers seem unable to stick to the care plan and management seems unable to hold them accountable. There seems to be a lack in basic communication between different arms of the organization. Despite repeated complaints, persistent issues include carers not using log books, failing to maintain basic levels of cleanliness, failing to maintain client’s personal care/hygiene, and taking client’s bank card in order to buy shopping or use ATM, which itself is against company policy.Had family not stepped in, client’s health and finances could have suffered dire consequences. Would not recommend this organization to provide long term care for any high-dependency individual.

Great team

The cleaners are not the problem. It's the organisation, or rather the lack of organisation. Poor communication. Don't come when they say they will. This is really upsetting for elderly people who depend on a routine. I despair over this every week.

A really neat place and Cafe as well. A great place to hang out and grab a coffee, really reasonable prices
