Unbelievable! I have made an arrangement for NZ Ceilings to meet my tenant early this week to look at a ceiling repair. The tenant has been advised they are coming and NZ ceilings given all the details to meet them. I follow up today (Thursday) to ask how this went, as I have not heard back and this is the email reply I get today:Hi LeighI'm sorry I am going to have to decline taking on anymore work outside of what we already have on our books. I'm sorry if this has wasted your time".VERY unprofessional and leaves me to find someone else now to deal with an urgent repair job for my tenant."
