This place was well situated, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.Nicky was an observant host who cared about our trip. Good bike facilities and ceiling fans were appreciated.

It's all about the service. Friendly, considerate and helpful. Clean and well presented room. Never heard the pub next door, although the food there was OK. The host is the star of the place.

Nicky is a natural host, the room was so clean and well maintained. Nicky was brilliant - waiting for us, already knew who we were, helped us sort out our bikes …well run establishment. We look forward to returning.

Hospitable stay for one night over Easter. Nice and clean studios and wonderful personnel. Great stopover along the Otago Central Rail Trail.
