Automated message reply to my query about my order being VERY late. I can’t believe there would be a delay of 15 days and you wouldn’t at least send an email to inform everyone. I presumed it had been stolen in the post. I still have no idea when to expect my order. Terrible experience.

I went back to Puma today to swap out some kit for other sizes and in true fashion Christina was amazing again. I don't normally write reviews but this time I can't help myself. Their return policy is not good. You need to show your purchase receipt for return or replace.

Pretty good customer Service , I have visited there a few times, most of the staff are really helpful. I went for a return , it took some time finding my receipt details as it started to fade , but it went alright , remember to take a photo of your Bill once you purchase it will be handy . Overall good experience

Great service by the guy in the store when I purchased the shoes, unfortunately I didn’t check the laces, one had a cut in it, went all the way back, very unhelpful lady, they should train her on customer service. Not worth buying from this place, they can’t help you when you need them to.
