Been in to firmans Napier to buy a $30 000 JetSki and have experienced the same lack of service every time. No one approaches to ask if they can assist, they say support local but business must be so good that they don’t need customers or to sell me a JetSki. Will purchase from another dealer in Hamilton

Another company that doesn't understand the COVID Public Health Response Act. Denying someone entry to your business due to not wearing a mask despite having a mask exemption is UNLAWFUL. I'll be submitting a formal complaint to the Human Rights Commission and never setting foot in your establishment again.
