Excellent support, service and care. If you are even considering talking to them, just book and appointment and go, they are so useful. We had an fantastic journey with them. Through the highs and lows, the various staff were always really great. I couldn’t speak more highly of them.

We used fertility associates 2017 and 2019. We required donor eggs. We had plenty of support once they changed to the new building and could not fault them after that. Since our experience they have a lot of new staff. We had two children so it's hard to find any faults. It probably helped us with less stress as we knew what the problem was before we started with them. We had paid to see a private person first.

Overpriced, unless they are government funded, why should people be forced into paying thousands of dollars just so they can have a child later. This is classism at its finest.

All the staff are very friendly, helpfull, patient and understanding. Always felt comfortable and we always knew what was going on, and thanks to them we are blessed with a little girl on the way.
