Service and food were awesome, a big improvement since last there in 2022. Only downside is the furniture, very dated, chipped tables and threadbare chairs. If or when they replace tables they need to be 50% larger so you can get all food on table. But overall very happy

Stunning meal - the steak was amazing quality and cooked to perfection. Lovely helpful waitress that went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. Highly recommend this resturant.

We dined last night as a family of four- it was my 45th birthday. One week ago I contacted the restaurant team about the booking, celebration etc. all was confirmed, I emailed 5 days prior to discuses the gluten free options, no one got back to us until 3 hours before the reservation. I was assured that I would be looked after, the opposite - shocking service - nothing special mentioned- no jackets taken, soaking wet, entrees a rip off, kids food a joke, the main was the only nice thing, desert a joke, no one even mentioned a happy birthday -even with the first table off the bill was still $250, I seriously advise diners not to book here as you’ll be highly disappointed. I was so disappointed at communicating before our dining about my birthday and my intolerances but nothing was done when we dined last night or options given. Not a happy occasion, terrible birthday night.

Four of us came in tonight on a whim. All of us ordered different meals and were utterly delighted with our meal.Then came the dessert and again we were all equally happy. Thanks to the chefs for an amazing night out.

I personally loved the lunch here was served by two lovely girls one who was the manager. 5/5 service, food would be 4.5/5 as I would like a little bigger portions considering lunch. The restaurant has an absolutely stunning view we were lucky to get a window seat. I felt bad for the staff today on Easter as a couple of tables ganged up and troubled the staff. Seemed like they knew each other by the fact of them going on each others tables and discussing but not sure. Overall really enjoyed. As guest I wish people who read this review could be kind towards all staff they are humans working as well especially on public holidays when everyone is enjoying and we shouldn’t feel entitled just because we are being served.

Great views and fantastic food. The lamb was so tender and the fish of the day was fresh and tasty. The service was good and the price was in the top range but reasonable. The decor was okay but could do with a refresh to match the wonderful location.

A fine dining experience on the waterfront, great views and vibe. The staff were very professional and friendly. Ordered their duck leg and lamb,, and my goodness the duck was so juicy and tasty - if only there was a bit more! And then couldn't help but order some dessert and so glad I did - their Trio of Chocolate was.oh.so.divine!!!! Thanks for the great feeds!

I'm doing a road trip and needed to stop. Chose to stop here. It was amazing. The day was beautiful, and we had terrific views. Came on a Sunday just after mid day. It was not busy at all.

This place is amazing. Fantastic food and beverages, beautiful atmosphere sitting outside watching the sunset, and our waitress (Jaylen) was just a gorgeous human and the best waitress ever. We had a wonderful time thank you!

Had dinner there yesterday (25/04) at approximately 1730. I was not loud or drunk yet when me and my friend went for a final drink (we had had 3) to call it a night the barman would not serve us and could give no reason as to why except because his manager had said so". I live in NP and will no longer be going to Salt or recommending it to any of my friends. Outrageous."
