I have a Samsung fridge, Samsung could not help me with a seal for the door, and as a last resort I called on Philip from Seal-A-Fridge, who supplied and installed a custom made seal, at quite a reasonable price. Very happy with his work.

Delighted with the service from Seal-A-Fridge. Our lime green Smeg was in dire need of help and the manufacturers could not assist. Seal-A-Fridge came all the way out to Baylys Beach and did a great job, no more pools of water inside and working at full capacity again. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Roger today who diagnosed why my freezer was blowing cold air through the top of the door. solved our problem and instructed me on a fix. Solution found!!! Thanks a heap Roger, so very efficient and professional and would definitely recommend your service. Thank you.

Phillip happily spoke to me on the phone and asked plenty of questions to make sure it was the seal that was causing my issue. He really wanted to make sure that i was spending my money to fix the right issue and even recommended me a repair person in my local area to fix what he thought the issue really was. Absolute pleasure to deal with and really gave me great advice. Will be telling everyone I know on who they should call if they need a new seal. Thanks Phillip, appreciate your help.

Outstanding service from Philip at Seal A Fridge . Trying to track down a specific freezer seal for us went out of his way to locate a part for us . We had previously tried to source ourselves .Nothing seemed to be available online and an order I Placed to an Australian website was canceled as the part was no longer available . Philip kept searching and three months later found the supplier . I was so impressed at the customer service I wanted to place this great review . Excellent to deal with .

I had a Seal a Fridge man come to my property in Belcoo Crescent in 3/23 he resealed the door of my 16 year old Smeg fridge and it is like new plus as a bonus managed to reseal the small freezer as well He also explained the process and gave me tips on frigeration a kind informative excellent serviceman

I enquired about a few seals to be replaced Phillip said all good cya in a few weeks which was perfect for my busy schedule. A few days later Phillip rang asking if he could come earlier I said yes perfect timing to get a job done. He was awesome explaining everything he needed to do, very professional, job done quickly an efficiently, gave tips on keeping the seals cleans even. Thanks Philip for your help much appreciated.

South Island franchise , very dissatisfied booked in to have seals done, said they would do in early August 2022 , rung late August no response left messages to see what was happening, still no reply until middle of September when at that stage I was over it, they rung, told them to forget it. Communication is key to customers.
