Hearts and Bones Pilates Center
I have had the very good fortune to meet an receive incredible support from Tania at Heart and Bones Pilates. Having over 25 years experience in teaching and sharing her knowledge and practices I knew i was in safe hands. However the wonderful support I've had regarding my pelvic floor issues have been remarkable, Im seeing improvements each and everyday thanks to these practices which i can do at home, and most of all they are enjoyable unlike the stress and strain of the Keigels of the past.
