Just got my mower back within 5 hours! They picked it up, did their magic and delivered it back within a day. All properly communicated, documented and executed. Has been my experience with the team on a continuous basis. Excellent customer service - gold standard! Keep it up folks

Got charged over $300 for a what should have been warranty work and was told that I had 'overused' my professional grade chainsaw that was only 5 months old. I had used it for 10 hours max, none of which would be considered 'hard' for a chainsaw of this calibre. What ever happened to standing by the product you sell rather than ripping people off?

A rare find in the Nelson region! Professional and ALL SO HELPFUL. Genuine 5* service. When they struggled to supply the item i was offered use of their gear free of charge. You can't ask for more. Loving the new man toy !!

I had my lawnmower fixed here, it wasn't working at all and now runs like a dream. And I purchased a new weedeater which is really powerful and effective. Staff are really knowledgeable, approachable and professional. I highly recommend.

I find Steve and the Motueka team to be fantastic. They have good kit at good prices, are professional and go out of their way to help. I note a previous review that suggested they are not good on warranty issues. I have brought back two items under waranty and it could not have been easier.

Brought new farmboss saw just over a 1 year ago.First service and they said that maybe I was putting bar lube in fuel !!?? Surrport evidence some heat marks on bar (it was from an old bar from my 10year old farmboss).Saw felt underpowered compared to old farmboss right from the start.Stihl saws are not what they used to by. The saws now are inferior and they blame the customer.Have discussed with other experience arborist etc they have similar issues/experience.Second stihl saw that didn't work well(had brought an ergo start that was rubbish. Again stihl shop didn't care )All in all very disappointed in product and a dont care customer service.Time for a husky

Poor service sadly I took a chain saw in and asked for a new bar and chain no problem . . Drove a hour home got all the gear sorted to go clear trees of a accsess road to then find out some Muppet from the store had made up a chain and used the incorrect joining link. When approached about this mistake it was fixed yet no apologies or refund of the chain nor appreciation of my 3+ hours wasted time. Just rude and un professional. This is the last time i will shop there for I don't like to waste either time nor money.
