Very convenient and easy to use. They don’t have an option to refund the balance on the charge card and as a traveler, I ended up losing the balance, that’s why giving 4 stars.

Go somewhere else if you can. The dryers don't dry properly even with a small amount of clothing.You have to purchase a card you may never use again. And then add 10 dollars at a time, no smaller value addable.

Good machines. You got what you come for.. But it's not a very clean place, full of trash and dust on the floors. And it's kind small space so it can get a bit crowded.

First time here it’s not clean. Machines needs cleaning regularly. Rubbish inside dryers and washing machines . Should have some wipes , sanitizers or cleaning products for customers to use it . This business should think or take the health and safety first especially people that came here are coming from all over the world.

Good machines, a little pricey. Card makes you pay a little extra as you can only add money in 10 dollar increments. Smart business method though as I have a card with 4 dollars left so I’m going to find another liquid laundromat on my journey.

First you have to buy a card to use the machine ($1) and then you can only top up with $10 minimum. I was charged $6 for a wash where it says $5! And you have to bring your own washing powder. I didn't bother to use the dryer and threw my card in the rubbish bin. Bye bye, you won't see me again.

It's fine but there are only 2 $5 washing machines out of 8 with the rest being larger and more expensive and 10 dryers. Would be better to swap a few dryers for more $5 wash machines imo.

Really useful for travellers and locals alike! The key card system is quite smart, though I think only having two places, with only one close by, that you can add credit to them is stupid. I understand the security risk with having a machine filled with money inside the, unattended, laundromat but having a similar machine in the Countdown store, which is open until 10pm, would be super handy, more secure that a stand alone machine in the laundromat and more convenient for people who don't want to wait for people to buy face cream before they can add credit in the local pharmacy. Machines work very well anyway, and the dryers are pretty quick

Super frustrating system. Topped up the liquid card $10 which is the only option. First machine took our money without giving us a liquid card.$1 for a new card, it says everywhere (including on the machine itself) that the small washing machine is $5, it charged us $6. So had to top up another $10 to use $5 dryer.
