The service was average for my WOF (5/1/2022).There are no waiting space & free coffees at the moment because of COVID.You may need to take a hat if you don’t want to get sunburned or find a shady spot during your wait. They had 3 chairs under the sun at the back of the building where you will be told to wait. It will be different once we moved to green traffic right as we may be able to sit and wait inside the building.

I took my full license exam here under Mr. Rajendra S. On the first week of June and PASSED. My driving examiner gives clear instructions on where to go and doesn't make you feel anxious. He is very brief and concise on explaining after the exam. I would definitely recommend to have the driving exams be taken here.

Recently, my daughter had a full driving test conducted by an unprofessional test officer at VTNZ Takanini. I definitely think that it was very unfair with her. This officer complaint about about how cold her car was and was very grumpy. He called her up for the test before she was due for her appointment and never asked for her driving certificate. He was so rude to her that he only let her drive for less than 30 minutes. He failed her and when she went in to make another appointment and the customer service lady refused to book her due to name spelling on the certificate. They are all so unprofessional, they didn’t even bother to check everything before the test. I will never recommends anyone to go to Takanini VTNZ.

Very good location and very good store. Sufficient staff and easy to resolve your vehicle registration and related issues.Drivers license and road test everything at one point.Good staff and not long queues like manukau and other places, moderately busy, highly recommended to visit

Great customer service. But be prepared to wait a while if it is busy. The process of different applications can take up to 5 minutes ( through my experience of visiting). WOF wait is 15 plus mins wait.

Awesome service, I took a restricted driving test here and the instructor - Rohit doesn’t feel you anxious and thoroughly explained the error at the end.

Did my full driving test here with Mr. Raj S. as my testing officer. He is very nice person and give clear instructions as to where to go. He is very reasonable on the comments he gave after the exam and I got passed and now have my full license. Would highly recommend this testing site for driving test.

Tia, rudest receptionist lady ever, yelled at me and embarrassed me infront of so many other people, without any good enough reason. Fire her, she does not deserve to work at VTNZ.
