Carpet Court Mt Wellington

I was in the carpet market and visited several carpet shops and was usually met by salespeople who either weren't very interested or very experienced. When I went into Carpet Court Mt.Wellington I had a very pleasant experience, The staff were very friendly and their product knowledge was amazing, they were upfront with everything. After measuring up everything was explained to me and they went over the plan and explained to me how the carpet was to be installed. Why would I go anywhere else after that kind of service - needless to say I bought the fabulous new Rhino carpet from them. They installed it on time and phoned me to make sure I was happy with everything. Their carpet installers were also very professional and treated me and all my furniture with respect. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying carpet.

Exceptional experience with Lunn ave Carpet Court. We had an insurance claim for damaged flooring and carpet court managed the process for us. I couldn’t be more complimentary about the professionalism and superb communication by Natalie. The project coordination was managed so well by her, and the trades people who came on site (on time) from plumbers to builders to the floor layers were all amazing. Thank you so much. would not recommend - I put top of the line carpet down and have problems with it - I can NOT get Carpet Court to come back and look at it - they say they will but never show up -

Even though we didn't get our carpet from here we did before. The service is excellent, can't fault it. We ended up going with a different company not due to price but only on colour. They are great and are worthy of 5 stars.

i went to carpet court on lincoln rd, henderson today. an older salesman approached me. i told him i had a quote from another branch , but had changed me mind re the carpet. his reply was, oh well
