I love and adore Asian cuisine and finding this restaurant disappointingSuch an amazing space, location and view so much opportunity and yet failedNot a good food , not a great service, no English speaking, sticky tables, old smelly chairs and in total not repealingBowl of soup served on table not even in a small tray and brought by hand around the bowlThe gap between 3 orders was big considering we only 5 people in the whole spaceWon’t go there again sorryPlease make a change and use this amazing potential in BirkenheadYou can be an amazing restaurant if there are desires

My friend took me there, but we were both very disappointed with the food and service there. Food is very average, small size skewers. They charged $2.5 for one skewer of mushroom, 3 pieces on the skewer, one piece is about a quarter of a mushroom. such a rip off, the pair of oysters they served, one oyster is half size of the other one. In total, we spent over 90 dollars for 2 people, it was over $80 without holiday surcharge. We have just been to another place the day before, food tasted way better, and we spent just over $70. we ordered more food, their skewers are normal size unlike this place.Service is bad too, clearly there are enough bad reviews from customers, but it didn't seem the owner cared to improve. and only looked ay closely on how to profit.Will never come back again.

Very disappointing and distressed.Been a regular for quite some time now.As usual, I've ordered a green chilli fried rice (with pork) over the phone, picked it up, paid and came back home. At around 8pm my husband opened the lid and started eating and commented that it didn't tasted as good and that it wasn't spicy at all (I've stressed it had to be extra spicy). Called the restaurant, explained and the staff agreed to make another one on the next day.Today, I called and a staff named Rex answered. Even after a repetition of explanation, he kept on saying that we have to pay for the fried rice which was promised to be given to us for free. He refused to understand me and rather was being very rude. I was shaking even after I hung up the phone with fear and anger. It was just a fried rice and they've lost a loyal customer.They make great food yet they would need to train their staff up to the standard and offer better service than this.

My friends have been coming here for ages, but it's only my 3rd time. Service has always been bad and everyone knows. Today we were a group of 15 people. We ordered a lot but quite disappointed with 75% of the food. Meat and seafood skewers were overcooked and dry. Squid was too hard/overcooked to chew, pork and chicken cutlet were over fried, coat and meat were dry and rock hard. Fried fish was the same. Liked the cucumber salad tho. Only reason this location was selected was because of the space to accommodate everyone and the location was central for our group. I personally won't recommend this place. Their price is average but food is poor in my opinion. Lots of improvement but all the best thanks

Family meal last night, pork dumplings not cooked (pink). Ate 5/20 dumplings before realised and left the rest. . Family member had food poisoning overnight. Gave them a call today just to let them know so that chef can ensure doesn’t happen again but staff on reception seemed to not understand.Wouldn’t recommend.

Firstly, those poor fish that are on display are in horrendous condition. Hardly appetizing seeing fish rotting away while still alive in the tanks. The staff were uninterested. Food was quite possibly the worst in the area by a long shot. One was too salty the other tasteless. Chicken had that undercooked after taste. I will not be returning, and would not recommend going here.

Went with a group of 5 for dinner. Did not get our table cleared for 20 minutes, then the waiter was incredibly rude to us when we asked if we could order. Food was actually not bad, bit on the salty side. Medium spice is tolerable for the average kiwi. Prices are alright, probably need 10 skewers each to get full. The saving grace is the great views of the sky tower and city. Would struggle to get us back there with the poor service.

Ordered 2 lots of chicken online picture was a small portion with sauce. found quite possibly the worst food ive ever seen it looked nothing like the pictures smelt horrendous and tasted disgusting it was super dry and had no flavour or sauce and looked like it had been coated in straight cornflakes save yourself the money and go somewhere else, anywhere else.

The food is average, the tables by the window have good view of AKL city, but the service is horrible. Don’t know why the guy at the counter is unhappy with poke face. No communication, no smile, no greetings, don’t even wanna give 1 star for their service…never come back again…
