Could not recommend this company highly enough. The customer services team were very efficient in sending me a quotation and on approval arranged the transport of the vehicle with 60 minutes. The vehicle was transported safely and the transporter even reversed up a steep driveway so the vehicle could be driven straight into the garage.

I had a terrible experience with this car towing company. They sent two wrong trucks to tow my car and then lied about their capabilities. When they finally admitted they couldn't tow my car, they said the earliest they could do it was in 4 days. Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They are a very unprofessional and pathological liar. I am very unhappy with their service. my valuable belongings were all gone when I went to the tow yard to collect them. The tow driver will suggest you collect all your belonging later, not before towing your vehicle.The tow yard is not secure at all. The gate is wide open. Twice, I have been there and all the cars are not even locked. Anyone can go through the cars there and steal things.I could even steal the red convertable car's belongings when I went there today as you can see from the photos.

I used their towing service through AA membership. They dumped my car on the street when it supposed to be at the Garage for servicing and not telling anyone. Job has been rebook for many times within 3 weeks and the car still not been relocate to where it should be. They treat customer like craps and the car like trash. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

This towing company damaged my friends car whilst picking it up and is not taking liability. It is has nearly been a week and she still has NO car because of the damages. Not acceptable, I would not trust this company with my car.

Unprofessional, aggressive and disrespectful! After several phone calls, they still couldn’t pick up the car and when I decided to cancel the service, they called and yelled at me. Worst customer service!

This towing company has proven to be flexible and care about their customers.I drove from Hamilton before I broke down on the motorway. They happened to be the first that I gave a call. I was picked up 40 min later, my car was secured and towed.I initially planned to get it towed to Manurewa, then to Hamilton the next day. The driver suggested i could get a quote and get it towed all the way to Hamilton instead. Very flexible and price was very reasonable. Huge thanks to the driver for being so friendly and willing to do that long drive.I definitely recommend to anyone!

Very unimpressed. My car had burst a tyre and I needed to get it towed home from Greenlane to South Auckland. It was late at night. I was told the ETA would be 1 - 2 hours. After 2 hours I rang to see how much longer and was told another 45 minutes. Around 30 minutes later, they rang me and said the driver had gone home. Really unacceptable to be told this and then have to find another service provider at 2 AM.
