I don't usually give any store a bad review, but I was very disappointed with the dishonest and terrible service here and I don't want anyone to feel the same way I did. Even though they have admitted their fault and agreed to a refund, there has been no refund. No matter how many times I contact them, they do not refund and ignore me. They also damaged important parts of the caravan, but they don't offer a warranty. Very unreliable.

She is willing to go extra mile to fast track the delivery of my car from Wellington to Auckland and update me over the entire course. Our car was urgently needed in Auckland. Amelia in the office in Auckland was so help and organized everything. Within a day Aaron, the truck driver, had picked up the car and the following morning the car was delivered to Dolphin depot in Auckland ready for pick up. Thank you

Amazing service from my first inquiry to delivery. Picked up vehicle from an address and delivered directly to me, couldn't have asked for a better service. Sima was wonderful to deal with and kept us informed of when the vehicle would arrive and even emailed the day it was delivered. Vehicle arrive well before the time frame advised.
