Golden nails and spa

Tina and her staff are so wonderful and inviting. I love sitting down for my fortnightly pamper treatment. And I always walk out feeling and looking fabulous.

Very quick and clean salon. My first time going, will definitely be backEdit: went back a second time and would just like to say I had my best nail visit experience. I didn't catch the guys name who did my nails. But he put it a lot of care & effort. I walked out with my favourite set of nails yet!

First time going there. Was very happy with pedicure & manicure combo. Was very busy & one staff down but still kept their chatter amongst themselves. Happy with end result will return.

I am a regular and go every 3-4 weeks for either a backfill or a new set. Staff are always pleasant and happy to accommodate with whatever nail design you wish.

Very sad took my 3 year old granddaughter to get nails done as a special treat as we have been there b4. The staff hardly talked to us but continually talked to each other in Chinese and the body language showed they were making fun of customers previously i have had nails done with my granddaughter and they have used fans and the drying things at thd table..not this time..this time we sat for 15 min s granddaughter was getting annoyed..I asked how long we had to wait b4 we could leave and was told the nails dry and we had to sit there for in an hour..ridiculous with a 3 year old who had sat there perfectly for ages..we were told if we leave the nails polish may not set. .Good grief..a 3 year old doesn't care nor do i if they are not perfect.. I had called and made the appointment and advised was 3 yo treat..overall a fail for customer service..the making fun of customers needs to stop and noted the rude behaviour continually

Went for a much needed manicure and polish.asked for all nails to be filed to the shortest but came out with all shapes and lengths.polish started to peel after 2 days.not a good experience

Wonderful service every time. Always do a lovely job. I love bright colours and they do them beautifully A++ highly recommend

Had a great experience here a male did my nails and they look amazing. Customer service was great and i wasnt there for longer than an hour. VERY HAPPY WITH GOLDEN NAILS AND SPA. will defs be back soon <3 <3
