Good massage. In a hall near food court and toilets so noisy. Busy and had to wait. Do take bookings.

This has to the worst massage I have ever had. Place was dirty. Staff dressed messy, no lotion or and oils used for neck and shoulders, staff looked like they had just crawled out of bed. Music wasn't great no relaxing at all, they had to stop doing myassage to book in another customer, horrible, horrible horrible

The worst massage I have ever had and I have had a lot! I was freezing, massage was mostly painful even after saying softer twice, he continued to be too hard. I wanted a relaxing massage and all you could hear was the ticking clocks and the noise of the mall. I at least thought he may finish with a nice foot massage so, whilst I wanted to get up and leave I chanced it…but even that was painful! Room was disgusting and I couldn’t wait for it to end! This place shouldn’t be allowed to operate!

Patrick is fantastic, been here since it’s opened few years ago, I don’t go here to relax, I go here for pain relief and Patrick is one of onlyMasseuses in Dunedin that can achieve that, really appreciate his skill

Hands down the worst massage I’ve ever had. Literally everything about it was bad - awful. We were cold, could hear everything going on in the mall as it was behind curtains, staff struggled with basic English, premises was grotty, massage was VERY uncomfortable despite asking them to go softer twice. They would work on one area for about 5 minutes straight!! I’m pretty sure with my zero minutes experience being a massage therapist that I could have done better on my first attempt. My wife had exactly the same experience with a different massage therapist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The massage was good and the person was professional, but it's not a relaxing place to take the massage because you can hear all the noise from food court. I wish there was a music or an aroma diffuser there and was more quiet and relaxing.

Had a walk in apt yesterday the chap was very friendly. Had a 45min neck should back massage. Unfortunately it wasn't amazing. Was asked not long into massage if pressure was OK I mentioned it was a bit hard. During massage also mentioned very sore (when massaging lower back) but was obviously not heard!! Now have bruising on my back and very very sore. Disappointed to say the least will not be back.

The place look great but it wasn't relaxing with all the noise from the food court. It would be nice to have relaxing music to try to avoid so much noise from outside.Pressure was to hard and I asked multiple times to soften it but after the massage I was in pain for several days.
