Majestic Nails & Beauty

I took my 7 year old daughter here to get her nails painted. She was so excited as it was her first time getting her nails professionally done. She came out with what seemed to be beautiful nails. However just 3 hours later all her nail polish started coming off in whole pieces. She wasn't doing anything rough with her hands when she got home. They hadn't been in water. She had only done things like watched TV and colored in etc. I emailed the business straight away and told them and sent through photos. They never bothered to reply. My daughter was so upset.

I have been going to majestic nails for my last 8 sets of SNS and they are absolutely wonderful. Hannah did my nails today in a beautiful white and I am in love. The team at Majestic Nails are friendly and hospitable - even offering a complementary glass of bubbles! Will never go anywhere else.Thank you xx

Excellent customer service and beautiful craftmanship. Can get very busy, but you will understand why, after your visit. Easily the best nail place in Papamoa.

Majestic Nail Beauty at Fraser Cove is fabulous. Hein did my SNS dipping powder nails today, and i would highly recommend her faultless job she did. She took great care and made sure i was happy, all i say it was a PERFECT job, she deserves a pay rise a wonderful employee for Majestic, so happy to walk out of there thrilled. I passed on my comments to the owners too. Outstanding eork Hein (hope i spelt yr name right)❤

Myself and my daughter used to come here regularly but unfortunately the service has really gone downhill. My daughter thought she would give it another go but she has been waiting over an hour for them to begin the manicure (even though we had made a booking). For what you pay (which is top dollar) the service unfortunately does not match. Won’t be coming back now sorry.

SNS and acrylics usually never last more than a week before they start coming away from my nail bed. However I am pleasantly surprised that 9 days in they are still firmly in place. Nail technician Sarah did a phenomenal job on my ombré style SNS nails. I have been complemented many times since my appointment. Thank you Sarah

Best Nail Salon in Tauranga hands down!! Started visiting the Papamoa branch but have now moved to the new location at Fraser Cove. Cant beat Jade & her Team! Love their attention to detail.

Reading the Google reviews of this place I was expecting great things, however since giving it a go today I know I will never go back.I went in just wanting SNS on my natural nails.During the appointment my technician asked if I wanted any nail art, she never mentioned that there would be an additional cost, so I said yes just so long as it was not to much hassle. Several times I told the technician not to worry about the art as I was running late, but she proceeded. After each finger she did I told her not to worry about doing anything more and that it was fine the way it was. Resulting in six fingers now having nail art.As I'm waiting for my fingers to dry the manager comes over and tells me it will be $5 per finger for the art and made me feel very uncomfortable about the amount of time the technician spent with me. I explained thatI told the technician not to worry but it didn't make a difference.Now I'm left with terribly done nail art, lumpy SNS, and my nails stuck to my skin. Complete waste of money from my experiences.Also everyone around me was asked if they wanted a drink but for some reason I never was.I feel like this place can provide great service, unfortunately this just didn't apply to me.

I paid $188 total $77 then $93 then $15. For this.I am quite upset because this is not worth $188I am very unhappy I did not get any refund like $50 or something.I will not be coming back if they do not help fix this issue!!Just gel polish with two very small arcylics & 2 nail designs.Too expensive!!!

An update on below: I do not recommend this place. I gave them another shot and like before, my nails chipped almost immediately. Within a day, most of my manicure had at least a chip, some had totally peeled off. I went back within 48 hours and told them that I just wanted them removed and some sort of refund.The owner came and spoke to me and immediately got defensive. Told me she's a lawyer" and knows that she doesn't have to give me a refund. She offered me a voucher but I didn't accept because I am never going back.After discussing with her that her service was completely not fit for purpose
