Purchased a new Ducati from these guys after getting poor service from the Auckland dealer. Kent and Quint were great to deal with and nothing was a problem. Great communication and a great trade offer on my old bike. Went above and beyond and organised transport to Auckland after plans to pick the bike up fell through.

Awesome service from Kieran and the team at Motomart. I just got a new bike and wanted crash bars and fall protectors for the bike. Thanks to Covid stocks are limited but the lads at MotoMart came up with solutions rather than problems. Got the first delivery yesterday and the balance of the equipment is being shipped from Touratech. Thanks Kieran & Motomart.

Rude Dudes. Went in with $13k to spend.. no greeting, no advice, help or recommendations. Even the service guys were unfriendly. I could hear finance guy discussing with a customer personal stuff out in the open and there is no parking whatsoever. Really disappointed as they had a couple of bikes that looked like they might be ideal.. but I would rather give my $ to someone with customer service that I can build trust with for servicing and repairs etc.. Went elsewhere and found incredible service and advice.

I went there for some t-shirts from the local Harley dealer. The actually sell multiple brands and I was taken aback then the staff member had poor knowledge of the Marque.But I got what I wanted at a reasonable price.
