Honestly sick of this 2 time since march this has happened, i placed an order for delivery back in march and just this weekend gone, i placed the order and click order after i put babk details in, it comes up with loading the goes to a 404 error page, you took the money both times over $90, i tried ringing manurewa store to no answer multiple times, we were without food because you!! Took the money and we disnt get it back till after the weekend,so multiple people went without food, we have had no sorry or no communication from you part from a email to say you will get your refund in 2 to 3 business days... this is not okay 2time in 3 months what are you going to do about this!!

It is KFC. Drive through is available. Plenty of onsite parking available. Exists at two ends. They do delivery too. Just located at a junction, Z fuel at one end, and McDonald's at the other end. So, either u can dine in, else take away. Having rated on average nearly 3 by all reviews, tells u something..

Went on wed at 11am and very quiet. Had the $10 special which was basic chicken patty burger, piece of chicken, spicy wing, bread roll, potatoe gravy and chips. Great value for money and very filling.

Tasty as always for this treat. I mistimed my travel and got to the store for a pick up right on closing so was a bit worried when the doors were locked but staff heading out were helpful so all was good. Thanks to the KFC Manurewa team.

The supervisor on Monday this week, (Priya I think was her name) was very quick to replace my stale burger bun with no fuss and even gave me a bonus fries for the wait. Excellent service team! Food was hot and tasty and tables inside were nice and clean.

Chicken and chips are usually fresh when it's very busy. Otherwise, old chips get mixed with freshly cooked chips.Health a Safety is 0/10.Toilets are always disgusting, and it's obvious the workers at Manurewa, Auckland, don't take the initiative to clean toilets regularly, even the tables, seats that need wiping. This is where customers come to eat. This should be at the forefront of any takeaway/dining food store, as it caters to many customers, besides excellent customer service. Health and Safery should Always be immaculate, clean, and smelling fresh in toilets as they are used continuously. People can catch a lot of things if they aren't. Makes one think how the employee's are within them selves and at home. Would there toilets, home, tables , floors be this way? If their father, mother, grandparents, or friends saw this, how would they feel? Would they care?One should always keep this in mind when serving customers as well as when health in safety is concerned in all takeaway and dining stores.My rating is what I've seen, observed when dining here at this KFC store in Manurewa.

I just ordered a two piece quarter pack and paid over $4:00 extra to add a small coleslaw (total spent over $16.00)...ONLY TO FIND once we got home that the coleslaw was missing. (KfC Manurewa)I tried ringing three times only to have nobody bother to answer.After a long day and the cost of petrol/ living... its really not worth driving back for, but its extremely frustrating that they'll happily take my money for the extra yet not include it in.Not happy .its theft.

Tried drive through at Manurewa, ordered a wicked feast - was not ready when at the delivery window.Had to wait at their car park and one of their staff brought my order.KFC has stopped hot and spicy range- missing it.

This kfc has the most original recipe taste from back in the day their chicken is always moist soft and always served with hotchips and seasoning..better then papakura amd takanini hands down rewa is the best by far..
